- Worked as a Certified Personal Trainer....at 24 hour Fitness in San Ramon, CA. Ironically, in the midst of being phyisically super fit at 11% body fat, he suffered a major setback in health with brain tumor and had surgery, radiation and a medication for life! He later attributed
it to imbalance in nutrition and stress from work, focusing too much on the physical and just loading up only on chicken and pasta and weight gainers! - Served as a Holistic Health Advocate -Going back to nature and ayurvedic treatments (natural/holistic as prescribed by Dr. Pratichi Mathur) and daily yoga stretches, meditation, colonics, other herb based dietary changes and fresh foods and whole grains instead of processed foods, scripture healing backed up with daily good nutrition (minimally processed foods), exercise, he overcame medication for life!
- Has Diverse Backgrounds and Culture background and been exposed to and lived in the east (India) and the west (USA) and has ao stayed in Ecuador, Venezuela, Canada, Germany and UK. and believes however that regardless of where you live, one can integrate best-in-class habits for healthy lifestyles!
Served as a Church Volunteer in various capacities as a divorce recovery facilitator, community outreach volunteer, mission trips to Ecuador and leading scripture classes to personally and collectively support walking the walk besides talking the talk! Trained in various capacities as a Yoga Student & Meditation Teacher - teaches the techniques and benefits of integrating detox breath, balance, yoga daily streches and meditation techniques and scripture teachings he has found that helped him in his trials and turned down a few notches of degree of difficulty to help the elderly care facilities in Orlando, FL and San Francisco Bay Area, CA.- Got Certified Coach Practitioner and Wellness Coach/ Weight loss coach and Life Coach, - He considers everyone and everything as a teacher in life. From his own life experiences, he jokes that he has seen more highs and lows than a local theme park
roller coaster! :) But he is grateful to combine his personal experiences in health, career and finances to help others. With the founding directors, he speaks with passion so people could consider integrating holistic healthy living, and inspired living as he says by making Proactive Healthy Choices for the body, mind and spirit.
