Proactive, preventative or reactive way to be fit, to be healthy and to fight cancer! – part1

Believe it or not, each one of us is fighting cancer, each and every day. Allow me to present to the audience the very own medical exhibits on growth and life versus decay and death. We are dying everyday, our cells are being replaced, our thoughts are being replaced and our personalities are being replaced every day and surely every so often! You might have noticed a unique “Avatar” you may have had in your teens, in 20′s, 30′s, 40′s and so on….

So, even as we are growing, we are also dying. Cancer is nothing more than growth of irregular cells. Somehow, the cell intelligence  got messed up and is perhaps growing uncontrollably or not according to how it should have been growing! So, how do we stop this bad pattern in our bodies and in our lives? What would you do? Go to a doctor? Yes! Which kind – Your choice!

Can we think of another kind of  a doctor we can go to that can help prevent cancer for life – guaranteed? Maybe so! Maybe not! But its certainly worth a shot.

So, is being young making us too busy? Most will say, they have not much responsibilities but they always seem to be busy with friends and fun and may not always make time for fitness but a few certainly  do!  How about old and not so old, they also are too busy with family and work or other things – right?

So, being young or old is not the reason for being too busyto get fit either! So, what is it?

Why are we so busy and what are we so busy, even knowing that being fit and healthy is one of the most important things one can have, while still packaged in Human-flesh-and-bones-1.0! Why are all the earthlings so busy? Knowing they are coming from dust, they are gathering dust and that they are going back to dust!  Hmmm….

Trust you had a chance to read an earlier post on - Too busy to get fit and too busy to even have fun and get fit? – part1. We pick up from there in this post. 

So, what else is making our lives  simpler and easier? Is making money the answer?  This is easy for most to answer one way but also for most to behave and act and live in a different way. But most of us would tend to agree that money does not make our lives simpler and easier or healthier and stronger for  that matter.

In reality, most rich are more stressed out! In fact they are likely to be more more busy and more inclined to not spend time on being fit or having fun while trying to be fit. Money does not buy happiness. Money does not buy health. Money does not buy a home (may buy a house! )

So, what else keeps us so busy? Are we chasing time so much till finally time cases us out?

Too busy to get fit and too busy to even have fun and get fit? – part1

How can we have fun and not spend time and still be fit? Is it possible? I’d say yes because when we make fitness a priority, being well a priority, we do not have to do anything to be fit. We are fit because of  who we are and what we do! Fitness  and wellness activities are part and parcel of who we are; just like how most people brush their teeth when they wake up.

One big problem with being fit is that it takes a lot of time but what we have done at WYSSYR is to provide you with over a 1000 simple small steps you can take to get fit, so that you do not feel like it takes up a lot of your time. Modern times have rendered most of us running like a hamster on a wheel.

All the more, the need for simple things to stay fit and healthy that do not take much time. Irony is that these days, we have the most conveniences, at our finger tips that are supposedly making life simpler and easier for us. Or are they now? So, perhaps technology is not the answer for getting us less busy and having more time.

What is then?

Yes indeed, we can learn a ton of simple things in life and for getting healthy and being fit. Here are a few more things we can learn from few more people around us.

From those that have diabetes – How to make small  lifestyles changes by making simple lifestyle choices, one can not only be diabetes free for life but also be very healthy and fit!

From the ones taking prescription drugs for life – That there are simple, effective and natural ways that are more powerful and better alternatives to taking drugs, while getting well and being free from health struggles.

From the one who made a ton of money but died in his 40′s – How to balance life better  - perhaps?

All of this goes to show that being open to learning simple things from one anther, helps makes things so much easier for us. So, please join me to  enjoy life and to celebrate life..

I truly believe that if one badly wants to get fit and be healthy, there are a thousand and one easy things one can choose from. Even simple and fun things to choose from to be fit and healthy. Even from almost anyone we can learn from. Even if we learn something that does not or may not work  as well, we can always replace it with better choices. So what else can we learn and from whom?

From the lazy people – What you will get as results, if you are lazy..

From the fat people – How you will turn out , if you do not pay attention to what you eat and what activities you do or not!

From the joyfull people – What is their secret to being  so joyous in life!

Here are few more simple things one can do to relieve computer radiation stress. You can walk around often, to the break room, to get some hot tea. You can take your eyes away from the computer every 5-10 mins of work, even if its for just 5 seconds.

You can look at something green in your office like an office plant or a tree at a distance. You can stand and do a few stretches to get the body a break from “locking out” the circulation.  How about deep breathing every hour or so?  How about a chair meditation at lunch break? We have CDs with chair meditation music you can get from our website, if interested.

How about a cut sliced cucumber placed on your eyes for about 15-20 mins, when you go to bed? If not daily, at least once in a few days?

Yes, its hard to do all these, but you can try a few of these small, simple and powerful steps to protect your eyes from straining, improve your health, even as we work with the necessary evil of the modern day and most importantly get major stress relief from living and working with computers.

When we work these days, chances are we are spending more than 4-5 hours on computers. This is a lot of daily dosage of  computer radiation and you should look into any small simple steps such as certain crystals to help eliminate or reduce the harm from computer radiation or certain plants to minimize harm and damage caused by computer radiation.

We saw how keeping a water bottle nearby and spraying the mist on your face every so often, can keep us fresh and reduces the radiation stress. Obviously, you want to close your eyes when spraying! I tried the water spray mist for  a few days to confirm the results.  You may want to try as well and see how it makes you feel.  It will certainly keep you cool and fresh. What else? How about adding rose water  to  your water bottle spray. It is said that rose water not only cools but also freshens and enhances the tone and beauty of your skin. For the first time in the history of mankind (or womankind), we are spending more time on electronic items than with our family or friends.  Smartphones go with us everywhere we go, even to the bathroom. We work hours on end,  on our computers at work. We come home and spend more time on computers. Enuf said – right?

Many reliable research studies have indicated that long term computer radiation exposure is harmful to the body and the mind. So, what do you do?

Here is a simple tip. Thanks to a friend who suggested this to me after he saw me really tired. He suggested  i invest in a water spray bottle and every so often to spray my face to freshen up and de-stress.

He knew that I was in  front of a computer for long hours. He knew I looked tired. So, I tried it a few days and it feels awesome! Talk about a simple way to relieve stress while working long hours on computers! You may not be able to do it at work, but  maybe you can! ;)

How to fight the only disease we all have to face? – part7

With neglect and over time, usually there is more heavy lifting to be done and a bigger mountain of a problem to deal with, and the options with drugs and surgeries do not truly address the root cause of the problem.  What do we do then?

Nobody talks  about this problem so readily and openly but the  true disease that mankind has and ironically is perpetrated is by him/herself on him/herself!  So, we go proactive, consistent and make a lifestyle of those habits that will help us, heal us and keep us fit and healthy for years to come. We at WYSSYR, have broken up this mountain of a problem into a 100o smaller and easier health and fitness steps to fight most major diseases.

Good thing is that you can do this at any stage of your life. For those with more drastic health problems now, you have choices to go to Ayurvedic or Natural doctors to detox your body (natural detox and nutrition to strengthening nutritional  methods) and strengthen your body (yoga, ayurveda and other)  and mind   (meditation and other…)
