Quick tips to lose weight, look younger and feel great are here below. Easy to do as they cost almost nothing and you are in charge. The only question is are you ready and are you committed ?
If you are, try these simple steps every day and you watch the results after about 30 to 60 days of non-stop practise! Try doing as many of these as possible!
Here goes -
1) Include meditation practise as part of your daily routine.
2) Have goal reading and flashing as part of daily practise. Example – I will be spending more calories than consuming!
3) In the morning, drink a glass of freshly squeezed lemon in a glass of water.
4) Daily back stretches are key to make sure your organs and signals from brain to them are in sync. See more simple must do back stretches here.
5) Daily ham and leg stretches so you do not get tight and keep the circulation going.
6) Practise detox breath and deep breath techiques from yoga
7) Drink a lot of hot tea (especially if you can add fresh herbs like mint, rosemary, thyme) daily – atleast 2 to 3 times!
Walk after dinner and at lunch break and get some fresh air – oxygen as often as you can. Sleep if possible with window cracked open for fresh air instead of the air thats circulated as much by our Air conditioners!
9) Do something physical to strengthen the muscles. Exercise at a gym to elevate heart rate for about 30 to 40 mins which usually burns about 400 calories. or Skip rope for 15 to 30 mins or do your favourite excercise in your living room if you have to watch TV. Always work on the core for the as as thats where the deposits add up and needs to be fired up!
10) Reduce or eliminate packaged foods which have chemicals added for increasing shelf lfe but not your life!
11) Eat more whoole grains like brown rice and lentils and green gram (mung daal as in Indian grocery stores) which have the energy but not the fat calories!
12) Eat something green and something fruit with every meal. Drink filtered alkaline water as much as possible. There are many out there you can install in your kitchen or over the countertop.
