Heart health – some history!

Part of  the reason is that what you, especially you, if you are in your mid 30′s and upwards are doing now, or what the elderly likely might have done for years in the past. It could be a combination of no exercise, no detoxing, no breathing, poor diet and carrying stress for long periods of time  that hurt us.  Other factors that compund each one of the above sub-topics  is of poor diet, unbalanced and processed and foods and drinks that deprive the body of nutrients and life force energies to restore and revive normal function and/or function at a level to absorb excess sugars.

Mostly, as we  know commonly, sugars are carb based and have “C” (carbon) as one of the key element in the nutrition and as much as this “C” is also critical in generating the energy as in driving cars (methanol, ethanol), they are also essential in generating energy, as seen in Krebs cycle, for our regular basic BMR, (basic metabolic rate) a bare minimum required calories to maintain our bodily functions and of course for what we need to  run around doing what we do. Unfortunately, we may be likely  consuming in the excess of 500 to 1000 calories a day, and may not be that much every day, but over a period of time, we do! Otherwise, all of us should look and feel like the Avatars in the movies! :)   The agility, flexibility, and a lean physique that the modern man has long given up due to other things pressures of work and deadlines….

Anyways, on top of that, the quality of calories consumed is bad. I have not researched more but i believe this is perhaps the big problem to manage better heart health later on. Even with great diet control and even drugs (this is another topic for another day), but i respect the elderly who have to take it for what it helps for the time period. But the point is that none of these steps help much to restore back good heart health, or so it seems.

So, are the calories the only problem? If they are, what really happens to the excess calories? They end up as fat  in the body and fat in the cells and the cell walls (lipids are fats in the blood and LDLs are the bad kind – right?) …. ouch! Did you know that fat cells love to attach to toxins in body? Hmm… Are we still with me? :)

Of course there is more …

Best Wishes and Cheers….
