Kids with diabetes and a mother’s painful ordeal?
If you happen to have a kid that had diabetes, you would know. If that kid had diabetes since the age of 4, you would probably know how hard it is for the family and the kid to cope with this condition. Anytime, any kid is born with a disease or develops a disease, the overhead the family carries goes up 10 times harder. Some of you parents know very well that there is plenty going on with kids and cating for their well-being. So much more, if that kid is struglling with a disease.
And if you happen to be a single parent, forget it…it becomes so very hard for the parent….perhaps 100X the degree of difficulty. Is this another fictional story? No, not really! A friend of mine i know personally, Lourdes Cordero, a yoga instructor has a son KJ with diabetes and struggles they are going through with medication, options for cure and prognosis for her now 17 year old son.
