What do you do with a clogged heart? How can you take care of it now?
When we get to a certain age, the pipes that carry the liquids and semi-solids in our bodies get ruptured, clogged and/or get partially or fully blocked blood vessels. When this happens to the pipes that carry blood (aka arteries) and return blood to the heart (aka veins), there is a serious repercussion to the body. The blocked artery pretty much cuts off the blood supply to the part of the body it is supposed to replenish and the heart has to work harder with a blocked pipe building up pressure. We all know what pressure does to stress and health and in addition the pressure causes damage to the arterial walls elsewhere. You have blood pressure to contend with, diabetes and cholesterol to deal with.
I’m noticing whether you are of one kind of a diet or not, old or young, westerner or easterner; there may be some subtle differences why one is more disease prone but most in the older age are falling victim to the cardio-vascular and metabolic syndrome diseases. Because the body is such a complex bio-chemical, physio-logical, psycho-somatic and so many of us are perhaps making the mistake of trying to correct problems by drugs alone….
If you have the problem now, you have choices to make which are perhaps restrictive and limited as compared to those that are doing well now and are going proactive. Regardless, at any given stage, being proactive and integrative and holistic, one can achieve amazing benefits to their heart health and their well-being. Remember, when it comes to this, its likely not just about “you” but also about the loved ones around you!
So, what is the remedy? See more in the next post on - If you have the problem now or even if you are healthy now? How can you take care of it now?
Best Wishes and Cheers….
