Let us take a look at yet another post on this blog site which helps you make and take  simple steps to health and wellness. What are we talking here? Interspersing your food to get and to stay healthy.

Nobody is impervious to the “bad” foods we eat. Even as disciplined as I am with what i eat and drink and work out and yoga and meditation, there are certain times and certain foods that get me off my disciplined bus and jump on the have-a-blast-bus! Other things happen like, I feel bad for eating that stuff and other things follow  most of us might relate to – right?

So, how can we easily get away from this trap. I’ve done this myself and guinea-pigged it on myself and notice it works. What is it? I call it interspersing, and have seen that it works great.
