Problems with drinking water from the tap 

Drinking water from the tap has become a long forgotten dream for many people. There are too many toxins and too many impurities that cab hurt us badly if ignored for years to come. I recall a Personal Trainer tell me that he is OK drinking from the tap, and that he is not yet growing a tail!

With such sort of a sentiment from a health professional, how would the general layperson fare when it comes to this habit? The reason for this danger is that the water is not safe anymore. There is a lot of pollution and people are starting to wonder if the days of safe water will be there anymore. Many buy water to drink in packages and bottles. Some wonder even if this is safe?

Safe drinking water is the need of the hour and reverse osmosis, filtering and also mineralization are some common method that could help. There is UV filtration as well on how to get rid of the bad content from drinking water. Safe drinking water will improve the health of millions around the world.

We are composed mostly of water as our body composition. Also, water helps to draw toxins out to expel it out of the body as liquids or even as solids. So, pure form of water will refresh, hydrate and detoxify the body and this simple step to detoxing the body is good for weight loss and looking younger and feeling healthy. So much for this simple healthy habit has to be paid attention to and corrected as soon as possible!
