Some daily must healthy habits for 35 and over 

If good health has to be achieved, then it is important that healthy habits are included in the life of a person. Especially if one is aging and especially if they are getting sedentary and off balance with life and work. Most city professionals are in danger because of the environment they live and work in, its easy for them to adopt to and to adapt to poor health habits.

 People over 35 need to ensure that health is a priority and all (or more and more) unhealthy habits need to be weeded out and replaced by healthy habits. There is no option for them, unless they are willing to gamble their lives away and put it at the mercy of drugs, which by the way, cause more problems. However, at any age, there are some interesting, fun and awesome health habits that are natural for the body to enjoy and for the body to get accustomed to.

The human body is made flexible and as a person gets older, it loses flexibility, both of the mind and the body. To regain this, a person needs to make time of relaxation and yoga each day. Meditation and other natural methods of toning up the body are healthy. Working the stomach every day, cutting back on all man made foods, eat more greens and nuts and seeds and less of  white rice and starches and drink less and less of sodas of any kind.  Also, deep breathing exericises and finding something one is passionate about and doing something for others and connecting with a Naturopath or Ayurvedic doctor to seek guidance for health improvements can be vital. These are all healthy and awesome healthy habits for anyone, especially those over 35 years of age! These are some of the easiest of ways for those over 35 years to look younger and feel great!
