What are the three most important physiotherapy exercises everyone should do?
Exercising is more than just a fad; it is a necessity for those who wish to stay healthy. There are three types of exercises that experts say should be done regularly. Two types of aerobic exercises and strength training are things that every person should participate in. What is perhaps more important is that this routine be daily or as often as possible to reap the true benefits.
Yoga poses and stretches could help if you learnt some of these stretches to do them often and with regularity!
Individuals should perform 2 and a half hours of moderate aerobic exercise each week; and 1 and one fourth hours of vigorous aerobic exercise each week. Strength training should also be done 2 days a week. Physiotherapy, whether its done as part of the injured or to maintain best of health, even if you are well, is a natural healing method that will ensure wellness for life!
